"Take a bow John-Henry, your wife, and your whole team. What a lovely experience and time we had with you. Your extensive knowledge of the Italian food, wine and beers you sell is exceptional. The sign a of brilliant restauranteur. The fact you bring it all in from Italy is even more impressive. We came as a party of 11, with children, and you were exceptional at helping us and providing a great service. The food was outrageously authentic. The spaghetti bolognaise was the best I’ve ever had outside of north Italy. The Montepulciano was unreal. A real treat at €24. The fact you also sell Ricard made my week. You’re a hidden gem and well worth a trip back to Calp. Thanks so much and I hope you get a massive worldwide franchise - you deserve it."

"Amazing Italian restaurant, by far the best on the beachfront in Calpe. Absolutely recommended to visit if you want to eat something nice near the beach here, as it’s one of the only 2 places worth giving a shot, the rest are crappy tourist traps. Also you have a brilliant view of mount Ifac."

"Davittorio is located a bit further up Calpe’s La Fossa beach and away from the majority of restaurants and bars, but that’s a good thing - from the charming terrace you can enjoy the incredible views of peñón and the entire beach. Both the atmosphere and the service are as warm and welcoming as you can imagine - with the food to match. Pizzas are great - a bit different, on a thicker dough, almost resembling little breads, but delicious nonetheless. There’s a good selection of wine and the limoncello is a hit. There are eateries and restaurants in this world - Davittorio is a restaurant. Capital R."

"An authentic Italian gem in Calpe with a stunning view of the Peñón de Ifach! The service was absolutely impeccable — our waiter was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. The food was pure Italian perfection, from the grilled octopus to the fresh pasta dishes, all beautifully presented and full of flavor. Excellent selection of Italian wines to match. A place where you truly feel the spirit of Italy, right by the Mediterranean. Highly recommended!"

"Great place by the sea, with an excellent view to the Ifac. The food is very tasty, but mind that the portions are somewhat small. The service ia very good! Try to make a reservation before coming as the place might be full. The goat cheese ravioli are very very tasty! I totally recommend it! Overall a good place to serve a good meal!"

"An amazing experience dining here! We were in Calpe for a week, at the end of March 2025, and ate here 5(!) times! Two dinners and three lunches. Great staff and service. Food was amazing and presentation of it gorgeous to look at . Great wines and cocktails The view from the restaurant is also spectacular - overseeing the beach/see and Peñón de Ifach. One of the best Italian restaurants we ever been to. We enjoyed all of our visits here and will be coming back here next time we're in Clape Thank you!"
